I participated in a hands-on collage-making session that Xeia facilitated, and appreciated the reflective headspace that she helped us to enter. While I would not consider myself to be a visual art person, I found myself getting immersed in the process of cutting out magazine scraps, putting them together, and creating a non-linear, non-verbal narrative. It was a meditative process, and I found myself feeling calmer and more aligned after the session. Thank you for facilitating these spaces, Xeia. All the best with your future endeavours, and I hope you go on to create more gentle, healing spaces within this world.

We had a lovely time trying out a therapeutic couples art workshop for the first time with Xeia. As individuals, we rarely explore creative platforms together. However Xeia was able to draw us deeper into the session with insightful questions and thought provoking prompts. During the session, we worked together to find out which images and textures were significant to us as a couple which helped us solidify common dreams for the future. Looking at the art piece we made always brings feelings of excitement for our life together. We would highly recommend trying out a session with Xeia to uncover new elements of yourself or your partner!

Xeia's eco-art making group workshop enabled me to see nature in an entirely different way. Instead of passively viewing nature as a static thing, I was able to actively engage with it through multi-sensory activities. Xeia was an encouraging and patient facilitator who amde the process fun, while ensuring that we were all actively involved and immersed in the experience.

We attended a linocut workshop conducted by Xeia and it was really fun and relaxing. Working with linocut was interesting - cutting across the smooth lino sheet felt therapeutic but we also had to learn to live with any "mistakes" or unintended cuts. Xeia was encouraging and patient through the whole session, she explained the process and the concept of negative space and also provided us materials for us to play with the lino sheet before working on a piece we wanted to bring home. The final prints we brought home were super pretty!

I participated in Xeia’s 1-1 art therapy online workshop with the intention to connect with myself and my emotions better, and I gotta say, it was a truly illuminating experience. With her helpful prompts and curiosity, we journeyed through my childhood memories to better understand how my past experiences influenced my relationship with difficult emotions. She also guided me to ground myself and connect with my emotions through some meditative and expressive art activities, and I learnt a lot about myself through them. It was super fascinating! I love how at the end of the session, she gave me some useful actionable next steps to continue to practise connecting with myself on a regular basis. Xeia was patient, warm and supportive throughout the session. I’d recommend her services if you want to connect with yourself better too!

Xeia was so gentle and encouraging for me as a first timer. And there was ample time, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all! I would love to repeat the workshop or come back again with a different theme.

I really liked the format and the theme, the activities flowed into / built on eachother really nicely. It was reflective for me and helped me to solidify/integrate some thoughts I have been contemplating recently.

I really enjoyed all of the different insights and prompts that allowed us to start thinking deeply within and enter into our creativity. I really enjoyed how there was such a therapeutic and mindful/meditative approach which inspired creativity. I gained some insight about my current internal world and what the focus is for my internal healing. It is really nice to now have an art piece that I’ve made that symbolises what I learnt about my inner world.

I liked how open and relaxed the space felt and how Xeia created that feeling in the room from start to finish. It was very enjoyable making art freely! So much fun to stay in the zone and have that outlet to be creative. Xeia encouraged us to think reflectively and to tune in with ourselves which helped me learn more about myself. It was enjoyable listening to everybody’s interpretations of their art and seeing all the cool creations!

I really enjoyed how Xeia facilitated discussion and helped each participant draw out and explain so much meaning from their creation, as well as ensuring everyone got equal space. I also liked the prompt cards/shells.
